He recently published a book called Family Business Abundance, and he is currently writing Take The Second Leap, which provides a scalable operating system for Mid-Size Companies. Brad is the founder and Managing Partner of The Scalable Leadership Group. The Mission
of the firm is to Transform Companies, Leaders, and Lives. Brad has devoted most of his career to entrepreneurship in the business-to-business,
technology, healthcare, manufacturing, family business, and private equity investment arenas. He has built, acquired, and consulted with companies across a wide range of industries. Brad Fisher received an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Minnesota. He serves as a board member of several fine companies and non-profit institutions.

Racquel Harris

Independent Board Director

Racquel Harris is an independent board director with 30+ years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies and advising middle market private companies. Her career spans marketing, strategy and general management. She is known for her collaborative leadership, strong focus on the customer and constructively challenging the status quo. Racquel previously led several $1B+ operating business units at Kraft Foods and Sam’s Club. She also held international leadership roles with Kraft in Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Racquel earned a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Outside of the boardroom, Racquel enjoys the arts, travel, sports and exploring
new restaurants.

Dennis Kessler

Independent Board Director

Dennis Kessler is the President and founder of Midwest Family Business Advisors, midwestfamilybusinessadvisors.com, a Chicago area firm that specializes in helping families to overcome the challenges inherent in mixing business with family. He advises clients on family and business succession planning, governance structures, conflict resolution, and strategic planning. Dennis is the former Co-President of Fel‑Pro Inc., which was in his family for 80 years. He has served on eight Public and Private Company Boards as well as numerous non-profit Boards. He has served on Audit, Compensation and as Chair of the Nomination and Governance Committees. Dennis is a hands-on leader with a collaborative leadership style that focuses on building teams, developing strategy, reaching consensus, and supporting an effective, inclusive, and positive culture while achieving operational excellence. Dennis is one of the founders of the Private Directors Association which trains Directors and helps companies search for Independent Directors. Bruce Werner

Independent Board Chair

Bruce Werner spent the first half of his career at Werner Ladder, with executive responsibilities in all facets of the business. During that time the family completed 6 acquisitions and sustained 10% annual growth for over a decade. The family later exited the business in a successful LBO (Leveraged Buyout). After Werner Ladder, Bruce started four businesses and was a partner in a private equity fund. As an independent consultant, he helps owners address their governance, strategy, capital, talent, and succession issues. This work is based on several decades of deep operational experience. He has started and built businesses in finance, energy, and technology, in addition to being a partner in a private equity fund. His governance experience includes forming new boards and serving on established boards, both advisory and fiduciary. Seven of his twelve board seats have been with family businesses plus two PE platforms. He has performed Audit, Governance and Compensation committee work. An author, Mr. Werner has published Your Ownership Journey, which focuses on the 12 secrets of personal and business success, in addition to Navigating Private Company Governance. An accomplished public speaker, he has connected with business audiences across the country on these same topics, working with Bank of America Private Bank, Vistage, Cavendish Global Forum, National Association of Home Builders, and the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Werner received a B.S Mechanical Engineering/Public Policy from Carnegie-Mellon University. As an IBM Fellow, he graduated from Stanford University with a M.S. Manufacturing Systems Engineering degree. He completed his education at the MIT Sloan School, earning an M.S. Management with a focus on Strategy and Operations.

When Chuck isn’t moving chain, he’s attending his grandsons’ baseball, soccer and hockey games.

Jeremy A Product Manager

Jeremy joined PEER Chain in 1997 as a Regional Sales Manager. He was then VP of Sales before assuming his current role of Product Manager.

He enjoys classic muscle cars and the great outdoors.
